Beijing bronze

NSWIS cyclist Ashlee Ankudinoff has assisted the Australian women’s team pursuit team to a bronze medal at the Beijing leg of the 2010/11 UCI Track Cycling World Cup.

Ankudinoff teamed with fellow Australians Melissa Hoskins and Sarah Kent to clock a time of 3:26.515 to finish behind New Zealand and Canada.

The bronze medal leaves Australia in second place in the women’s team pursuit standings after three world cup events.
